It needs to update its maps to the 23rd century or something and get its locations right
As this app requires precise location / microphone / camera access for you to even be able to log in, there should be an option to disable the app when not on duty. As of now your only recourse is to log out -> force close the app but there's no telling if the app would keep these processes running in the background and sell the data it mines from your phone. So I will be logging out -> uninstalling the app after every dispatch and then re-installing -> logging back in when I come back on duty
Man if yall don't remove that loud incredibly annoying music that plays whenever someone updates the route I swear to gawd! And it plays none stop. You can't turn it off! Even if you log out. I literally have to go to settings to force stop the app... EVERY SINGLE TIME. Whoever came up with that idea. Yah mama a... you know what ima keep it professional. Please fix the pointless elevator music. Or atleast give me the option to turn it off.

Terrible app most the time doesnt even work you cant back space when leaving comments under pictures other times pictures or comments dont upload for both sides even after refreshing this app needs a huge update!
Very invasive for what is needed
If I could give this review no stars I would! This app is nothing but problems! The company we work for can see that our route is listed on their side but not we can't see it on our end. If we can't deliver we lose money! At this point we have nothing to good to say about this app.
Your app is sketchy as fuc ...why do you need access to my contacts and phone camera???? People shouldn't download this. It's sus
